Hynes-McGovern, a Director of the Company (following the format of Rule 16.13(a)
of the Listing Rules):

(i)  full disclosure was made to the company on 11 August;  
(ii) first transaction effected on 5 August whereby 1,100 ordinary Text 100
Group PLC shares of 5p were purchased in the market at £3.98 each;
(iii) second transaction effected on 9 August whereby 617 ordinary Text 100
Group PLC shares of 5p were purchased in the market at £4.00 each.
