The Company received notification after market hours yesterday that Mr Andrew
West (Director) sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each on Monday 4 December 
@ 477.50p per share. As a result of this disposal Mr West now holds 579,060
Ordinary Shares (representing 2.58% of the issued ordinary share capital of 
the Company).
