                           Block Listing Application

Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has made
a block listing application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for up to 1,200,000 (one million two hundred thousand) ordinary shares
of 2.5p each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be
admitted to the Official List upon issuance.

Up to 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ordinary shares will be issued pursuant
to the exercise of options under the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
Executive Share Options Scheme 2001, with a further 900,000 (nine hundred
thousand) ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under
the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Executive Share Options Scheme 2001
(US).

All of the ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
