Purchase of own shares

Next PLC announces that it has today purchased for cancellation the following
Ordinary shares of 10p each:
500,000 at 820p per share
500,000 at 810p per share
500,000 at 800p per share
250,000 at 790p per share
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
