Disclosure of Interest in shares - Part VI Companies Act 1985
A notification of disclosable interests dated 14 March has been received by the
Company from Zurich Scudder Investments that Zurich Financial Services and its
Group holds 10,396,735 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which represent 3.08% of the
issued share capital of Next Plc.
