Disclosure of Interest in shares - Part VI Companies Act 1985
A notification of disclosable interest dated 1 March has been received by the
Company from AEGON Asset Management that AEGON UK plc holds 13,535,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each which represents 4.02% of the issued share capital of Next
plc.
