Scrip dividend share allotment

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 37,608 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 25 May 2018.

The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the fourth quarterly dividend in relation to the year ended 31 March 2018.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
