Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting

 

 

NewRiver REIT plc ("the Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017, together with the 2017 Notice of Annual General Meeting, have today been posted to shareholders and can be viewed and downloaded on the Company's website, www.nrr.co.uk .

 

Copies of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting and Scrip Dividend Scheme Booklet, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism facility and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 14 July 2017 at 12.00 noon at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London,            EC2V 7WS.

 

In accordance with Rule 4.1 (3) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company published its annual results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2017 on                         16 May 2017.
