Director/PDMR Shareholding

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and asset management, was today informed that on 20 June 2012 Allan Lockhart, a director of the Company, acquired an additional 544 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at 184 pence each. As a result of this transaction Allan Lockhart is now interested in 149,294 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.47% of the Company's current issued share capital.
