The Company was informed on 15 September 2010 that BNP Paribas Private Investment Management Limited, on behalf of discretionary clients, has a notifiable interest of 114,877,783 ordinary shares representing approximately 25.5% in the Company.  This notifiable interest includes the previously announced interest of the late Mr Alexander Reid, a former director of the Company and Mrs GAB Reid.
