Disclosure of Directors' Dealings
On 6 April 2000, the Company was notified that on 5 April
2000, A Reid acquired from S Rajwan an option to purchase
from M Veldhoen 4,409,100 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the share capital of the Company, at an exercise price of
7.5 pence per share. On the same date, A Reid exercised
the option.
The resultant beneficial holdings in the share capital of
the Company following the above transactions are:

M Veldhoen 13,447,725 12.2%
In addition, on 5 April 2000 Arbury Inc., a company
controlled by M Dwek, extended the exercise period of an
existing option to acquire 13,447,725 ordinary shares
from M Veldhoen to on or before 11 May 2001.
