                  Additional Listing and Director Shareholding

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 October 2005, the Company has today
issued 12,202,800 ordinary shares at 1.5p (yesterday's closing mid-market price)
to Arbury Inc. in consideration of the termination of Mr Dwek's services as
Executive Chairman to become Non-Executive Chairman. The Company will make
application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and
admission is expected to occur on 7 November 2005.

Arbury Inc, a company in which Maurice Dwek owns 51%, now holds 37,069,467
ordinary shares, which represents 9.9% of the issued share capital.
