Newmark has been informed today that Maurice Dwek (via Arbury Inc.) and Alex
Reid each bought 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company yesterday at 1.5p, and
each bought a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares yesterday at 1.475p. Their
shareholdings in Newmark are now as follows:
