                               Additional Listing

Newmark has made application for the admission to trading on AIM of 3,693,750
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares have been allotted to
Vema N.V. GDR holders in relation to the all share offer by Newmark.

The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 March 2005.
Newmark now has a total of 361,755,016 ordinary shares in issue.
