                               Additional Listing

Newmark has made application for the admission to trading on AIM of 12,318,750
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares have been allotted to
Vema N.V. GDR holders in relation to the all share offer by Newmark in September
2002.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and admission to AIM is expected to take place on 10
February 2005.
