New Star Investment Trust PLC
The Company has today received a Requisition under Section 368 of the
Companies Act 1985 to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
to consider reconstruction proposals. In accordance with the Act, the
Directors will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting and issue a Circular
to shareholders in due course.
23.2.01
