Network International Holdings plc (LSE: NETW) (the Company) was notified on 21^st September 2020, that Darren Pope, Senior Independent Director, and Rohit Malhotra, Group Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 8,824 shares and 20,000 shares respectively of the Company.

These share purchases, alongwith the purchases notified by the Company on 21^st September 2020, demonstrate the confidence that Network International directors have in the long-term growth prospects of the Company, and follow several recent transactions that have seen management increase their overall shareholding.
