Cancellation of the Share Buyback Programme

Following this morning's announcement regarding the recommended cash acquisition by BCP VI Neptune Bidco Holdings Limited, an entity indirectly owned by Brookfield Business Partners together with private equity funds managed and/or advised by affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management Ltd, for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Network International Holdings plc ("Network"), Network has notified Citigroup Global Markets Limited of its intention to cancel the previously announced US$100m share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme"). The cancellation of the Buyback Programme will take effect on 13 June 2023.

Under the Buyback Programme, Network has purchased a total of 28,353,097 of its own ordinary shares, returning a total of $93.8m to shareholders.
