Appointment to the Board

NetScientific appoints Jonathan Paisner as Non-Executive Director

26 February 2015: NetScientific (AIM: NSCI), the biomedical and healthcare technology group is pleased to announce that Jonathan Paisner will join the Board with immediate effect as a non-executive director.

Jonathan is the founder of LMN Capital Limited, a corporate finance advisor which helps management teams access capital from a wide range of investors.  He is also a consultant lawyer at law firm Mathias Gentle Page Hassan and has acted as a consultant to NetScientific. Previously, he was on the board of boutique investment bank Shore Capital. He is being appointed by the Azima Family Trusts pursuant to their rights under NetScientific's Articles of Association to nominate a director.

Commenting on the appointment, Sir Richard Sykes, Executive Chairman of NetScientific, said, "Jonathan's appointment will further strengthen the Board and the Company's position in 2015.  His expertise and experience, particularly in accessing capital and structuring deals, will be valuable in advancing the Group's strategy in 2015 and beyond."
