Transaction in own shares

30 October 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, is pleased to announce that the Company has today purchased in the market 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 10.5p per Ordinary Share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

Issued Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury shares)	65,550,937
Ordinary Shares held in treasury	500,000
Issued Ordinary Shares (including treasury shares)	66,050,937
