Bluehone Investors LLP ('Bluehone') informed the Company on 14 March 2006 that,
following the sale of 655,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 10 March 2006, Bluehone is interested, through client
holdings, in 8,840,242 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 13.41 per
cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Bluehone holding includes the material interest of the clients of Bluehone
as specified below:
