Netcall plc has been notified that on Monday 26th June 2006 Gartmore Investment
Management plc purchased 250,000 5p Ordinary Shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 14p per share. Accordingly Gartmore Investment Management
plc is interested in a total of 8,749,649 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This
holding represents 13.3% of the Company's issued share capital of 65,942,603
Ordinary Shares.
