Netcall has been notified today that on Wednesday 11 October 2006 Bluehone
Investors LLP disposed of 500,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'). Accordingly, Bluehone Investors LLP is interested in a total of
6,140,242 Ordinary Shares. This shareholding represents 9.30% of the Company's
issued share capital of 65,997,603 Ordinary Shares.
