The Company was notified on 13 July 2004 by Charles Stanley & Company Limited
that on the same day one of its clients, Portside Holdings Limited ('Portside'),
purchased 1,000,000 ordinary 5p shares ('ordinary shares'). This brings
Portside's interest to 3,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.58 per cent. of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Rock (Nominees) Limited A/c
1615867 via CREST ID 698.
