The Board of Netcall announces that Mr Brian Gowers has resigned as a director
of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other interests.


The Board would like to publicly express its gratitude to Brian for the
contribution that he has made to the development of Netcall over the years and
wishes him well for the future.


The Company has commenced the process to recruit a further non-executive
director.
