                      Non-executive director's resignation

Mr Jeffrey Rubins, a non-executive director of the Company, has resigned from
the Company with effect from 1 June 2004. He has decided to step down from the
board having served the company for a number of years. His decision comes at a
point where the board and the executive team have been strengthened in recent
months.
