                         Director's Interest In Shares

Netcall announces that on 20 May 2005, Roger Allsop, a Non-Executive Director of
Netcall, purchased 43,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'). Mr Allsop now has a beneficial interest in 958,638 shares
in the Company, representing approximately 1.46% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
