                         Director's Interest In Shares

Netcall announces that on 26 November 2004, Roger Allsop, a Non-Executive
Director of Netcall, purchased 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 12.5p
per share. Mr Allsop now has a beneficial interest in 915,638 shares in the
Company, representing approximately 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
