Netcall announces that on 26 November 2004, Ron Elder, Chairman of Netcall,
purchased 50,000 shares in the Company at a price of 12.5p per share. Mr Elder
now has a beneficial interest in 80,000 shares in the Company, representing
approximately 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
