Board Changes

Netcall PLC 10 May 2001 NETCALL PLC ('Netcall' or 'the Company') BOARD CHANGES Netcall announces a reshaping of its board. Jeffrey Rubins will step down as Chairman of Netcall effective from 30 June, 2001. He will be succeeded by Peter Warry, the current deputy Chairman who is also Chairman of Victrex plc and a director of Keir Group plc and BSS Group plc. Netcall also announces that founder, John Burnett, is moving from his executive role as Chief Technology Officer to a non-executive position, with immediate effect. Peter Warry, the incoming Chairman of Netcall, commented: 'Netcall's products and services are proven, the Company is well financed with £2.3m in the bank and is professionally managed. We are now focusing all our efforts on successfully selling QueueBuster into the rapidly growing call and contact center market.
