Mr Gates will be reporting to CEO, Henrik Bang. Mr Gates joins Netcall from Chordiant Software Inc., a NASDAQ listed company and enterprise software provider in business process automation, where he was Vice President Sales, EMEA. Before that Mr. Gates was International Managing Director of Carreker, a NASDAQ listed company providing payment solutions for financial institutions, and before that a Partner at Deloitte Consulting.
