AGM Statement

Netcall PLC 12 December 2002 Netcall Plc At the AGM held today, all resolutions were passed unanimously. The chairman made the following statement. 'Following our recent success in securing orders from BT, Co-operative Bank, LinkLaters Alliance, United Utilities and Vertex, I am pleased to announce a further order from the Co-operative Bank and an initial order from Royal & Sun Alliance. Two other major Financial Institutions are now trialling QueueBuster TM. This continued sales success has been achieved whilst maintaining tight control on costs, and we continue to have confidence in our market as evidence of the benefits of QueueBuster to our customers, becoming increasingly apparent. Our business focus has moved to a greater concentration on larger clients with multiple call centres and a number of these will be corporations operating in international markets. In order to maximise these international opportunities I have accepted the boards invitation to become Executive Chairman to drive our strategy forward. This will enable David Rothschild to concentrate on operations and as a consequence he will take the role of Chief Operating Officer.'
