                     POSTING OF CIRCULAR CONVENING AN EGM

A circular is today being posted to NMT's shareholders in relation to the
convening of a meeting requisitioned by Vidacos Nominees, who the Board of NMT
believe are acting on behalf of  Volvere plc, pursuant to Section 368 of the
Companies Act and which also contains the Company's unaudited interim results
for the financial period ended 30 June 2005 released earlier today on the RNS.
