NMT announces that it was notified on 24th March 2006 that Forvaltnings AB
Bronsstadet ('FAB') and The Union Discount Company of London Limited ('UDCL')
disposed of 1,260,000 shares in the company. FAB and UDCL are wholly-owned by Mr
Peter Gyllenhammar. Following this transaction, Mr Gyllenhammar no longer has a
notifiable interest in NMT Group PLC.
