NMT announces that it was notified today that Wood Hall Securities Limited,
following the purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares in NMT at 47.5p on 17 July
2006, now holds 1,400,000 ordinary shares in NMT, representing approximately
16.07% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
