NMT announces that it was notified today that Volvere PLC, following the
purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares in NMT on 10 February 2006, now holds
1,162,424 ordinary shares in NMT, representing approximately 13.3% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.



NMT also announces that Volvere PLC has today notified the Company that it is
interested in a contract for difference over a further 1,306,600 ordinary shares
in NMT, representing 15.0% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
