NMT announces that it was notified today that Wood Hall Securities Limited,
following the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares in NMT at 49p on 14 June 2006,
now holds 1,350,000 ordinary shares in NMT, representing approximately 15.49% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
