of Volvere plc that Volvere plc  has disposed of 1,306,600 Ordinary Shares in
the Company.  Following this transaction  Volvere has an interest in 962,424
Ordinary Shares in NMT, representing 11.05% of NMT's Ordinary shares in issue.
