Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Section 198 Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification from London Merchant Securities plc
informing it that LMS Capital (Bermuda) Limited has sold 54,345,696 shares to
Inflexion plc representing 6.238% of the Company's issued share capital.

Inflexion plc is now a subsidiary of LMS Capital (Bermuda) Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of London Merchant Securities plc. Accordingly, LMS Capital
(Bermuda) Limited, London Merchant Securities plc and LMS Capital Limited (the
intermediate holding company of LMS Capital (Bermuda) Limited) remain interested
in all such Shares.
