The Company received a notification, from ISIS Asset Management plc informing it
that as a result of a merger of two of its clients into the Active Capital Trust
on 29 July 2003 the Active Capital Trust has a material interest in 49,355,301
shares representing 5.67% of the Company's issued share capital.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited
