Section 198 Companies Act 1985
In accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 I notify you that the
Westpool Investment Trust Plc has sold 54,345,696 4p Ordinary shares in the
capital NMT Group Plc. Westpool Investment Trust Plc now has no interest in the
4p Ordinary shares of the company.
I also notify you, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985,
that LMS Tiger Investments Limited has purchased 54,345,696 4p Ordinary shares
in the capital NMT Group Plc. LMS Tiger Investments Limited now has an interest
of 54,345,696 4p Ordinary shares, representing, 6.123% of the 871,132,000
Ordinary share capital.
As Both Westpool Investment Trust Plc and LMS Tiger Investments Limited are
wholly owned subsidiaries of the same company, the ultimate beneficial holder
remains London Merchant Securities Plc with 6.123% of the 871,132,000 Ordinary
share capital
