Change in declaration obligation following transfer of shares from the beneficial ownership of an Equitable Unit Trust (Formerly owned by HSBC Bank Plc as Trustees) to a fund of an Open Ended Investment Company (A wholly owned subsidiary of Equitable Investment Fund Managers Limited, which In turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Equitable Life Assurance Society) We hereby notify you that, as a consequence of the transfer shares in your company on 3rd November 2000, from an 'Equitable Unit Trust' to an 'Open Ended Investment Company', as described above, we are obliged to notify you under the provisions of the Companies Acts in respect of the change in our Group declarable holding.
