The Company received notification today, from Phillips and Drew, on behalf of
Phillips and Drew Life Limited, which is a subsidiary of UBS Asset Management
Holding (No. 2) Limited, that they have a notifiable interest in 13,182,353
ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 5.62 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
