The Company received notification today 20th July 2000, from F.G. Nominees
Limited, that as a result of the Placing and Open Offer of 143,481,001 new
ordinary shares of 5p each, they have an interest in 10,435,004 ordinary
shares representing 4.46 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
