                     POSTING OF CIRCULAR CONVENING AN EGM


Following the dispatch of a circular dated 31 August by Volvere to NMT's
shareholders (the Volvere Circular'), a circular was posted late yesterday to
NMT's shareholders responding to the Volvere Circular in relation to the
convening of a meeting requisitioned by Volvere plc, pursuant to Section 368 of
the Companies Act.
