Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011

The Company confirms that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011 ("AGM Notice") and its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2011 have been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 21 September 2011 at Manchester Technology Centre, Oxford Road, Manchester M1 7EF

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2011 and the AGM Notice have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 

The AGM Notice together with the Annual Report  and Accounts 2011 can also be viewed on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.nccgroup.com.
