Dividend Date amendment


Further to NCC Group plc's preliminary results announcement today, the proposed
final dividend of 2.5p per share will be paid, subject to shareholder approval
at the Annual General Meeting, to shareholders on the register at the close of
business on 1 September 2006 and not 30 August as previously stated.  The
ex-dividend date is 30 August 2006, and not the 29 August 2006, as previously
stated.
