Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 24 August 2011, Jackie Knutton, the wife of Rob Cotton, a Director of NCC Group, purchased 7,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in NCC Group at a price of 670 pence per share.

5,790 shares have also been transferred to Jackie Knutton from Rob Cotton's holding for nil consideration.

Rob Cotton's aggregate beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following the share transfer is set out below:
