The Company announces that on 16 August 2011 Atul Patel, a Director of the Group has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Group at a price of 680.2 pence per share.

Atul Patel's aggregate beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following the acquisition is set out below:
