Annual Financial Report

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or the 'Group') the independent
information security assurance group, has posted its Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2009 to shareholders.
The accounts are also available on the Group's website at
http://www.nccgroup.com/investor-relations.aspx.

The Group further confirms that it has submitted two copies of the
2009 Report and Accounts to the UK Listing Authority. These documents
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
